		<description>I have had a similar problem adapting to writing on my blog. Since I'm specifically trying to write for a more popular level audience, I have to use shorter sentences with smaller words.

The same goes for my public speaking... I can't speak like I wrote in grad school or everyone's eyes glaze over in the first three minutes.

I note that I have a very different writing style now than I did in grad school. I wonder, once I start my EdD work, if I will be able to transition back.</description>
